2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (don not drain)
1 c. chopped pecans; keep 1/4 c. for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Dump all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured 9x13" pan. Bake 350º for 35-45 minutes.

Topping: Cream all the following ingredients together and spread on cake while still hot. Sprinkle reserved pecans on top of topping.

1 8oz pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 stick margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
