1 large can sweet potatoes, mashed and drained
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon, or to taste
1 stick margarine plus 1 Tbsp.
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 packages crescent rolls
1 cup sugar
1 cup sprite

Directions:
Directions:
Mash the potatoes with the salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 Tbsp margarine and the 1/4 cup brown sugar.

Put 1 Tbsp sweet potatoes in each crescent triangle. Wrap and seal edges of crescents together. Place in 9 x 12 baking dish.
Melt 1 stick margarine in small pan, add sugar and sprite. Bring to a boil and pour over sweet potato puffs. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
