1 lb. box elbow macaroni
1 12- oz. can evaporated milk
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
3/4 cup butter or margarine, divided
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cups seasoned croutons
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions. Drain. In a med. saucepan, heat over low heat, the milk, cream cheese, velveeta & 1/2 cup butter until melted and smooth. Stir often. Add chicken broth and stir until well blended. Mix cheese mixture with cooked macaroni. Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour into a well greased oblong casserole dish. Melt 1/4 cup butter & pour over croutons. Add buttered croutons to top of mac and cheese. Place in a 300-325º oven for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
