4 cups finely shredded cabbage
2 ribs celery, chopped
¾ cup thinly slice carrots
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup finely chopped green onions and tops
Chopped green pepper if desired
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp prepared mustard
½ tsp sugar
½ cup mayonnaise (the amount of mayonnaise makes it more or less juicy)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate, until ready to serve. If you like tomatoes in it, you can add tomatoes before serving.
