1 chicken (4-5 lbs) cut and skinned
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup low fat buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken pieces, pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In mixing bowl marinate chicken in buttermilk at least 1 hour refrigerated. Place chicken with non-stick cooking spray in dish tightly covered with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 45 minutes. Uncover Dish. Bake another 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
