2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 pound ground turkey or chicken, browned
2 1/4 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup Salsa

Can make with milk in lieu of salsa for a different texture.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Bisquick with salsa into dough. Brown ground turkey/chicken and mix into Bisquick dough. Add grated cheese.

Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake until done.
