2 lbs ground beef
1 cup dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
4 tbsp ketchup
½ cup whole milk
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Sauce
8 tbs vinegar
8 tbs dark brown sugar
4 cup ketchup
½ cup chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Assemble ingredients and utensils. In a large bowl combine all ingredients thoroughly blending. Shape into one large loaf or 4 individual loaves. Prepare sauce and pour over loaves before baking.

Sauce:
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over top of meat loaf. Bake meat loaf in a 350-degree oven for 50-60 minutes. Reduce cooking time if preparing small loaves.
