Veal cutlets cut thin, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley chopped, cooked bacon chopped, mozzarella chopped, provolone chopped, 1 c. sherry wine or marsala.

Directions:
Directions:
Make a stuffing with bread crumbs, cheeses, parsley, bacon, salt and pepper to your taste. Place a spoon of mixture on cutlet and roll up. Place on skewer or close with toothpicks. Fry in oil or broil. Remove from skewers and place in pot with wine and simmer for 2 min.
