1 egg
2 cups sugar
One 16 oz can pumpkin
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups vegetable oil
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil until smooth. Combine dry ingredients: add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper lined muffin pan ¾ full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until muffins are golden brown. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Yields about 24 standard size muffins.
