1 lb. veal sliced very thin and cut into pieces about 3 in. square, 1 lb. mushrooms, 1 glass marsala, parsley.

Directions:
It is important that this dish be cooked a half hour before serving. Saute veal in olive oil on both sides until lightly browned. Remove veal and brown mushrooms in the oil and then remove and add to the veal. Add one glass of marsala to pan and scrap up browned bits. Return veal and mushrooms to pan, add salt and pepper and simmer a few minutes. Serve on a platter with parsley garnish.
