5 cups squash (raw) chopped
2 cups chopped onion
3 green bell peppers (chopped)
1 hot pepper (chopped)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Cover with ice water and 1/3 cup salt. Let set for 1 hour, then drain. Add 3 cups sugar, 2 tsp celery seed, 2 tsp mustard seed, 2 cups vinegar. Mix all together and let boil for 15 minutes. Put in jars and seal ( I always double the recipe to make 11 oz 12 pint jars)
