1 lb ground sausage
8-10 slices of bread cubed or torn
2 cups shredded sharp cheese (8 oz)
8 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard (or regular mustard)
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until crumbled and no longer pink. Place bread pieces in lightly greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese and sausage. Mix milk with eggs and seasonings. Pour over bread, cheese and sausage. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until set.
