3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. white sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
By hand, beat eggs, oil, and sugar. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Add dry sifted ingredients. Add vanilla, nuts, apples, and raisins. Batter will be very stiff. Spread in greased cookie sheet. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Glaze or sprinkle with powered sugar.
