4 quarts of corn cut off the cob
4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 cups water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large pan. Bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute. Cool and put in bags to freeze.

You will put the entire mixture in bags. Do not drain.
