Meat Marinade:
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1 T. low-sodium soy sauce
1 T. water
2 T. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lbs flank steak, sliced into thin strips
Sauce:
1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
2 T brown sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. flour
3 T vegetable oil
2 heads broccoli, crowns only

Directions:

Whisk together the meat marinade add flank steak and refrigerate for one hour. In a small bowl stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and flour, set aside. In a large saute pan heat 2 T vegetable oil over high heat until shimmering then CAREFULLY add broccoli and saute for 3 minutes stirring often. Transfer broccoli to a plate. Add remaining 1 T. vegetable oil to saute pan and add meat and half of sauce mixture. Saute for 3-4 minutes until meat is cooked through. Stir in broccoli and remaining sauce saute for 1 minute. Serve over rice!

Make sure and get low-sodium soy sauce or this will be way too salty. If you are marinading your meat for more than an hour I would make sure and stir the meat so the marinade doesn't harden! This recipe is seriously amazing!
