Ingredients:  
*1 1/2 bags of Pepperidge Farm or Brownsberry Seasoned Croutons
*1 box of Uncle Ben's Wild Rice Mix (cooked)
*2 eggs
*1 large chopped onion
*1 bunch of celery or to taste.
*1 can of sliced /slightly chopped water chestnuts
*1 lb pork sausage. (Jimmy Dean's is great)
*1/2 tsp black pepper
*2 cans of chicken broth
*1/4 lb of real butter
*2 clove garlic

*Soak the croutons in the chicken broth large bowl
*Saute the pork sausage in large pan and remove from heat.
*Saute the onion in butter
*Mince and add garlic to the onion and butter mixture
*Add this mixture to sausage
*Chop and add celery to mixture and saute
*Add water chestnuts and mix.
*Add eggs and cooked wild rice mix
*At this point combine all to the croutons and chicken broth and stir all together.
* If stuffing inside the turkey make sure the internal temp of the stuffing is 165º.
*If baking separately, set the oven for 350 and cook for about 30-40 minutes.

This makes a lot. Depending on the pan and how thick the mixture, I usually cook this a little longer. 50 to 60 min
