8 oz. Liverwurst.
2 tbsps. softened butter.
1 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion.
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce.
2 tbsps. crumbled bacon.
3 oz. or more cream cheese, softened.
Garnish (e.g., parsley, olives, green/red pepper)

Mash liverwurst. Blend in butter, onions, bacon and Worcestershire sauce. Put on waxed paper and form into desired shape. Spread top and sides with cream cheese. Chill. Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers or cocktail rye bread.

This delicious pate can be shaped into almost any form and decorated accordingly. The chef who perfected it (Georgia McGoldrick) has shaped it into a bell for Holiday serving with red and green pepper decorations, and the Eiffel Tower prior to a French dinner.
