2 Cups cubed cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup butter melted
2 eggs beaten
1 can corn
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 can cream style corn
1 cup self-rising cornmeal
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup shredded sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the cheese. Pour into baking dish. Bake 350º for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown and set. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Can serve with Salsa.
