Four 14 ounce cans of tomatoes (diced or whole)
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 6 ounce can tomato paste
2 yellow onions, chopped
2 or 3 pods of garlic, peeled and chopped, you can leave some of the cloves whole
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. Italian seasonings
2 bay leaves
3 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 - 3 pounds stew meat ( I prefer to cut up a lean roast)
Flour for dredging meat
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions and garlic in 2-3 tbsp. olive oil until the onions are translucent. Dredge the cut up meat in flour and brown in the olive oil. Place the meat, onions, garlic, and all other ingredients in a large Dutch oven and stir to mix. Bring it to a low boil and reduce heat. Simmer on low for 4 hours until meat is tender.

Bill's Aunt PeeWee first taught me to make spaghetti sauce when we I went on my first family camping trip to Ink's Lake. Aunt Pat then taught me her recipe. I also incorporated some tips from a couple of cook books. This is the final version. Remember, spaghetti sauce will taste differently each time.
