2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup softened butter
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cut in the butter with a butter knife until the dough has the consistency of coarse bread crumbs. Stir in the milk and it will turn into a dough ball. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Knead the dough for about a minute on the floured surface and then pat out to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut the biscuits out with a floured biscuit cutter and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Form the remaining dough back into a ball and pat out and continue cutting until all of the dough is gone. Bake in a 425º oven for 12-15 minutes until browned.

Personal Notes:
These are great biscuits and they also freeze well. Place on a cookie sheet and place level into the freezer. When frozen, place in a plastic bag. Remove only what you want and bake as directed.
