1/2 Sweet potato per serving
Season salt
EVOO

Directions:
Peel sweet potato then slice length wise 3/4 by 3/4 thick.
Lay them out on cutting board, sprinkle EVOO on them, then Season Salt, flip over and repeat.
On BBQ, make sure you have a hot side, and a cooler side. Place fires on cooler side while you cook whatever meat you are having (You are having BBQ'd meat, right?) When you are 5 minutes from meat being done, transfer fries to hot side to get a char on at least one side. I rotate them at least once for charred grill marks.

I also take corn on the cob, shuck them, wrap in aluminum foil, (yes Alzheimer's, here I come) with a TBS of butter and sea salt & pepper and grill them at the same time
