1 chicken - cut into serving pieces - cut larger breasts pieces in half
¼ cup dry minced onion
¼ cup catsup
¼ cup water
¼ cup oil
1 T. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Accent (optional)
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp. mustard - any type
¼ tsp. paprika

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken pieces coating well, cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight or at least several hours.

Line a large baking dish with heavy foil and spray with Pam. Arrange chicken pieces - skin side down. Pour leftover marinade over chicken and bake uncovered 1 hour at 425º.
