Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is the day of the week for what ever recipe I chose, this may take us down a daring road, okay it will take Danno down a daring road. Our hero may be a bit hesitant to get back into the kitchen and dare I say it, cook an egg. But in the kitchen he will, and an egg he will make. So maybe the last time this was done the results were not so pretty.
Danny, as much as you may want to redeem yourself with the Pacman in cargo pants, you may want to present this one to softer kinder audience to ease the week's pressure. So maybe you ask Kono to be today's tester and leave the big guy out. Besides tell him it's eggs, he'll want no part of it I promise.

Now I have not ventured far from our Italian theme week, but did a little name change for Danno's sake and a dish good

enough for breakfast, brunch, or add a salad for dinner. The best part of the dish is that it is put together ahead of time in a casserole dish sits overnight then right into a oven how simple. I even think when all is said and one a certain little monkey just might enjoy it too!
