2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1 T. butter, melted (so it won't cook over)
2 1/2 c. cut-up rhubarb
1 (9-inch) pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, and butter together; pour over rhubarb in crust. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until firm and lightly browned. Can insert knife near the middle of the pie; if it comes out clean, pie is done.
