4 whole chicken breasts
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 grated onion
1 can green chili salsa sauce (Ortega)
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap chicken in foil and bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees. Bone chicken and cut into pieces. Cut tortillas into 1 in. strips. Mix soups, milk, onion and salsa in bowl. Grease 9x13 in. baking dish. Lay 1/2 of tortilla strips on bottom of dish. Put 1/2 of the chicken pieces on top. Put 1/2 of the soup mixture over the top. Repeat this pattern until all ingredients are used. Top with cheese. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
