8-9 medium potatoes
1 (3 oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
cook potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Mixture may be a little thin. Pour in casserole dish and store covered in refrigerator. To serve dot with butter or top with grated cheese and bake uncovered in 350º oven for 20 minutes. Can be doubled
