Grapefruit, two eggs, coffee or tea

Monday:
Lunch: 2 eggs, tomatoes, coffee or tea
Dinner: 2 eggs, salad, 1 piece dry toast, coffee or tea

Tuesday:
Lunch: 2 eggs, grapefruit, coffee or tea
Dinner: Steak, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, coffee or tea

Wednesday:
Lunch: 2 eggs, spinach, coffee or tea
Dinner: 2 pork chops, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, coffee or tea

Thursday:
Lunch: 2 eggs, spinach, coffee or tea
Dinner: 2 eggs, cottage cheese, cabbage, 1 piece of dry toast, coffee or tea

Friday:
Lunch: 2 eggs, spinach, coffee or tea
Dinner: Steak, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, coffee or tea

Saturday:
Lunch: Fruit salad (eat as much as you want)
Dinner: Steak, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, coffee or tea

Sunday:
Lunch: Cold chicken, tomatoes, grapefruit
Dinner: Chicken, tomatoes, grapefruit, carrots, cabbage, coffee or tea

This is a two week diet only! Drink plenty of water, coffee and tea is clear without sugar. Eat only lean meat and eggs are poached or boiled. Vegetables are without butter or added fat.

Do not eat between meals. No alcoholic beverages.

I have had this diet since college days. It is a good quick-start for a weight loss program and if followed faithfully, is guaranteed for a minimum 10 pound loss.
