1 1/2 pound Swiss steak
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon mustard
salt and pepper
2 to 3 tablespoons oil
1 onion, cut into rings
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and seasonings. Dredge meat well in flour. Brown meat in oil. Place onion and garlic on top of meat. Mix chili and water. Pour over meat. Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
