1 package yellow cake mix
1 (3 3/4 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
6 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 cup Malvasia Bianca wine
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Mix with electric beater about 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased angel food cake pan. Bake in a moderate oven, 350º about 1 hour or until done. Cool in pan 5 minutes before turning out on a rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
