6 slices bacon
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
2 c. Colby cheese (shredded)
5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Fry the bacon until crisp, set aside. Drain fat from skillet, keeping 2 tablespoons. Fry the onion in the bacon fat. Stir in the soup, milk, cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into a baking dish and top with crumbled bacon. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. This is wonderful over biscuits.
