4 lb. sirloin tip roast, cut in half
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1-oz. pkg. Ranch salad dressing mix
.7-oz. pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed (about 2 1/2 lbs.)
8 carrots, thickly sliced
1 1/2 cup water
.87-oz. pkg. brown gravy mix
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast in a large skillet in hot oil over medium heat 12 minutes or until browned on all sides.
Place roast in a 6-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle Ranch dressing mix and Italian dressing mix over roast. Place potatoes and carrots over roast. Combine water, brown gravy mix, salt and pepper; pour over vegetables and meat. Cover and cook on LOW setting 8 hours.
