3 heaping tablespoons flour
1 cup milk

1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanille extract
3/4 cup pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium pan gradually add flour and milk and mix. Set on stove top on low-med heat and blend well until the paste leaves the sides of the pan. In a bowl, cream sugar and butter. Add the flour and milk mixture and blend until desired stiffness. Stir in vanilla and nuts.

This is a recipe given to me by a friend. She got it from a lady who came from Switzerland. My friend said she and I were probably the only ones in the states that have this recipe.
