1 refrigerated pie crust
4 eggs
1 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
6 ounces flake imitation crab, chopped
1 c. shredded Monterey cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 green onion with top, thinly sliced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Place crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 15 minutes, remove from oven.
In bowl, whisk eggs, half and half, salt, dill and hot pepper sauce. Blend well.
Add crab meat, cheeses and green onion to the egg mixture, mix well. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
