8 cups torn salad greens
1 c. mayonnaise
1-1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. sour cream
2 medium green peppers
3 tbsp. sugar
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 c. (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Place salad greens in the bottom of a 3-qt bowl or 13x9x2 dish. Top with layers of celery, green peppers, onion and peas; do not toss. Combine salad dressing, sour cream and sugar, spread over salad. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
