2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs (ritz are good)
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
flour
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. steak sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into a loaf. Cover and refrigerate over night. The next day cut loaf into 1/2 inch slices and dip both sides in flour. Brown each slice slightly on both sides. Place browned slices in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.

In a bowl mix cream of mushroom soup and steak sauce. Pour this over the meatloaf mixture.

Bake at 250º for 2 hours.
