1/2 cup unpopped corn kernels
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place popcorn, sugar, oil and salt in a large kettle or pop with a tight fitting lid over medium heart. when corn begins to pop, shake the opt constantly. When popping slows, remove from heat and transfer popped kettle corn to a bowl.
Taste for salt (might need to add a little to taste).

OMG it is so good when it comes right off the burner.
If pot is big enough use 2/3 cup of popcorn.
