1/2 Tsp. Garlic, minced
1/2 Tsp. Thyme
1/2 Tsp. Parsley
1/4 Tsp. Tarragon
Salt & Pepper
8 Eggs

Directions:
Preheat broiler and move oven rack to top spot. Spray ramekins with Pam. Combine All herbs in a bowl and set aside. Crack 2 eggs in each ramekin. Top with herb mixture, salt & pepper. Place all ramekins on a baking sheet and place under broiler for 6-8 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly. You may add a slice of low carb bread for dipping if on MNS packs.
