4 fillets of tilapia
Salt and pepper to taste
1 TBSP Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1⁄4 cup Olive Oil Mayonnaise
1 dash garlic powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 T fresh dill weed (or 1 tsp dried)

Directions:

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange tilapia on the baking dish and sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Top each fillet with 2-3 slices of lemon. Bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile mix the mayonnaise, garlic powder, lemon juice, and dill in a small bowl. Serve approximately 1 TBSP with each fillet for dipping. Asparagus pairs nicely with this meal.
