2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups diced (small) apples
3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick margarine
2 tbl. milk

Cream oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla, set aside. Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix with creak. Stir in water and apples. Bake 1 hour at 350º
