1 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
crisco shortening
powder sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients and refrigerate until cold.
Heat oil to 375º
Funnel batter into hot grease. Once browned, flip sides.
Drain on a paper towel.
Cover with powder sugar.
