2lbs Ground (85%)
1 egg
bread crumbs
salt/pepper
tarragon
1 med. sz onion
3 gloves garlic, chopped
add a little Worcestershire sauce
beef broth
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Mold into a loaf. Pour Worcestershire on top. Add the beef broth to loaf pan.
Bake at 350
