1/2 cup better
1 pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups milk
6 oz. parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan, and add cream cheese and garlie powder, stirring until smooth. Add milk and parmesan cheese stirring constantly. Remove from heat when desired thickness. Thin it with milk if it is too thick. Toss with hot pasta.
