1-19.8 oz. brownie mix
1-3.9 oz. pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 c. water
1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 pt. heavy cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1-12 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
1 chocolate bar

Directions:
Make brownies according to package. Mix pudding, water, condensed milk, cream and sugar until smooth and thick. In a trifle bowl, put 1/2 brownies, then 1/2 of pudding mix, then 1/2 of the cool whip. Repeat to make 3 more layers. Garnish with chocolate bar shavings. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
