3/4 c. Fresh Basil Leaves
3 to 4 Garlic Cloves - Peeled
3 Tbsp. Pine Nuts - Lightly Roasted
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
5 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 c. Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 lb. Linguine

Directions:
Directions:
Place the basil, garlic, pine nuts, salt and olive oil in a food processor and process until smooth. Remove to a bowl.

Stir in cheese and taste for seasoning.

Cook the pasta in a large pan of rapidly boiling salted water until it is al dente. Just before draining it, take about four (4) Tbsp. of the cooking water and stir into the sauce.

Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve immediately.
