1 c milk
1/4 c water
1 pkg yeast
1/4 c butter
4 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c raisins
1 T cinnamon
1/4 c cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, water and butter until warm (120-130). In large bowl combine with 2 c flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, yeast and eggs. Beat 2 min. on medium.

Stir in remaining flour and raisins. Cover until doubled (30-40 min). Knead until smooth, 2min. Cover 10 min.

Roll 3/4 inch thick. Cut in 3" circles. Lightly press each side in cornmeal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Cover until doubled (40 min).

Bake at 375º for 7-8 minutes. Turn over. Bake 7-8 more minutes.
