4 lbs. of boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 to 5 eggs
Oil
Lemon
Milk
Mustard
Garlic
Parsley
Pepper
Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken as thin as you can and in small pieces and remove the fat. Mix 4 to 5 eggs, lemon, a little milk, mustard, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Blend it. Dip the chicken in the bowl and then in the deeper plate, put bread crumbs and put each of the chicken pieces there, pass it on both sides. Bake it at 425º F for 10 to 15 minutes on each side in a pan with oil.
