16 oz. sweet peas, steamed
16 oz. green beans, steamed
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 T. walnuts
1 T. GF breadcrumbs
6 eggs, hard-boiled
1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
4 large onions, diced
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the onions well in oil. In a food processor grind the peas and the green beans together. Add eggs, browned onions, and walnuts. Pulse until well blended.
Put this mixture in a small bowl adding the breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Chill for 24 hours. Serve with GF crackers or rye bread.
