1 bar (4 oz.) Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate
2 Tbsp water
2 eggs, separated
Pinch salt
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan on low heat, melt broken chocolate with water, stirring constantly. Beat egg yolks until thick. Stirring quickly, add yolks to chocolate; remove from heat. Beat egg whites with salt, gradually adding sugar and beating until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture. Whip cream and fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into small stemmed glasses. Chill several hours or overnight. Top with whipped cream and chocolate curls if desired. Six ½ cup servings.
