Ingredients:  
Cooked pork pieces - at least 2 cups;
1 can pineapple tidbits or chunks;
1 cup barbecue sauce;
2 tbsp cornstarch;
1/2 cup cold water;
1 medium pepper cut in strips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat together in saucepan: pork pieces, pineapple, and barbecue sauce.
2. Blend cornstarch with cold water, stir into meat mixture.
3. Cook and stir until thickened. Add pepper slices. Heat through. Serve on rice.
