8-10 cubed steaks
1 large onion, chopped
rind of 1 lemon, grated
salt and pepper to taste
bacon - raw
string

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out cube steak. Sprinkle with a pinch of the grated lemon rind, salt and pepper. Lay across middle of each steak 1/3 slice of bacon. Roll each, jelly roll fashion, and tie with string. Brown on all sides. Place all pigs in skillet after browned, add water and simmer for about 2 hours on low heat. They will be very tender when done.
